These terms govern the use of the website dongdinh.id.vn, operated by Thanh Hai Mechanical and Trading Company Limited ("Thanh Hai", "we", "us"), and the use of our internal content publishing tool. By using this website you accept these terms.

1. Purpose of this website

This website presents our company and the agricultural threshing machines we manufacture. It is an informational and commercial presentation intended for importers, dealers and business partners. It is not an online shop: no order can be placed and no payment can be made through this website. All sales are concluded by separate written agreement between Thanh Hai and the buyer.

2. Product information

Technical specifications published here — capacity, dimensions and weight — describe our standard models and are given in good faith. Capacity figures depend on crop condition, moisture and operating practice, and are therefore indicative rather than guaranteed for every field condition. Where we have not measured a figure, we do not publish one. We may improve or modify our machines; the specification confirmed in a signed sales contract or proforma invoice prevails over the pages of this website.

3. Intellectual property

The texts, photographs, videos, drawings and the company name and logo on this website belong to Thanh Hai. They may not be copied, republished or used for commercial purposes without our written permission. Authorised dealers may use our product photographs and videos to promote the machines they have purchased from us.

4. Our internal content publishing tool

We operate an internal automation tool that publishes our own product videos and images to our own official company accounts on social media platforms, including TikTok and Facebook. Its use is restricted to our employees. It is not a product offered to the public, it has no external users and it is not made available for licence or resale.

The tool publishes only content created by Thanh Hai, to accounts owned by Thanh Hai, under an authorisation granted by us as the account owner and revocable by us at any time. It does not access, collect or process data belonging to other users of those platforms. We use it in compliance with the terms and developer policies of each platform, and we are solely responsible for the content we publish through it.

5. External links

This website may link to third-party services such as WhatsApp or our social media accounts. Those services are governed by their own terms, over which we have no control.

6. Limitation of liability

This website is provided as is. We take care to keep the information accurate and the site available, but we do not warrant that it will be free of interruption or error. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website. Nothing in this clause limits the warranty and liability obligations we accept in a signed sales contract for the machines we deliver.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any dispute relating to this website shall be settled by the competent courts of Vietnam, without prejudice to any dispute resolution clause agreed in a specific sales contract.
